Today is the 200th birthday of President Lincoln. I have been looking forward to this day since the summer. As part of the celebration, all the fourth and fifth graders at Susnet Ridge School are putting on a wonderful assembly. Along with the assembly we have collaborated together on voicethread to talk about what we have learned about the President. Mr. Hope’s class is participating in a collaboration with Water’s Edge Elementary in Palm Beach, Florida. Additionally, we are all saying the famous “Gettysburg Address” at 9:30CDT as part of the Guinness Book of World Records. I can’t wait to see all the students in their red, white, and blue – singing their hearts out. Students have also created movies and other tech projects as part of the assembly.
